Requests and interest forms
When you submit a form, Evolern stores your email, the optional information you enter, the selected learning path or audience, submission time, consent version and campaign source. We use these to review your request, understand learning goals and contact you about that request. Submission records are available only to authorized administrators. Saving a message does not automatically send an external email or create a learning account.
Learning updates
This form is for adults aged 18 or older. It collects an adult email, an optional adult role and consent confirmations. It has no free-text field and does not accept children’s personal information. Child accounts are not open.
Site usage
We record page-path views, learning-path clicks, form starts and successful submissions. These analytics do not contain your email or message. Session storage remembers campaign attribution for your current visit. Necessary session cookies keep signed-in learners and staff authenticated.
Your learning work
If you enter an existing learning program, your submissions, feedback and progress are stored to let you continue across visits. AI processing and any human messages are identified in the learning interface. Public interest forms and the fixed College example do not send their contents to a learning model. College uploads and live analysis are paused; saved originals and results remain accessible to their account holder.
Your choices
Only share information relevant to your request. To ask about access, correction, deletion or stopping follow-up, use our contact form with the same email you submitted. The team may need to verify your identity before changing or releasing information.
